We provide expert machinery repair and servicing alongside high-quality bespoke timber cladding and factory coating services.

Timber Cladding Products For External Applications

Performance by design is our in house specification service and involves strategically specifying and applying a coating system that enhances the durability, aesthetics and overall performance of factory coated timber.

This process involves specifying the most suitable type of coating system based on factors such as the timber species, intended use, profile design, surface finish, environmental conditions and desired appearance. By considering these factors during the design phase and applying industry best design and detailing practices we optimise a coating systems performance by design.

Continuing Professional Development

We offer CPD’s to architects and other professionals in order to improve their knowledge and understanding of timber coatings for internal and external applications. These sessions allow architects and specifiers to improve their knowledge and understanding of timber and the coatings applied in order to make more informed decisions on the systems specified.

Colour Matching

We offer an in-house colour matching service in conjunction with our coatings suppliers. We can colour match using colour codes, liquid samples and even coated samples.

Product Training

We offer Product Training sessions to all of our partners, these can be delivered remotely or in person and are designed to increase knowledge and understanding of our services and product range.

We will cover the characteristics of the coatings we offer, how they perform on a range of timber species, expected maintenance and much more.

Our Services

We offer a range of additional services to our clients in order to better support their requirements. These services cover a variety of industries and can be tailored where necessary.

The swatches above are various species and have been produced professionally in factory conditions. The substrate selected will have an effect on the overall appearance and finish of the product. Therefore these swatches should be used as a guide and official samples will be provided in your selected species, surface finish and shade for approval before processing.

Testing Facility

We test our products using both accelerated weather testing machines and real world testing in our bespoke external testing programme, the first of its kind in the UK. Our testing field was designed and built in collaboration with our coating partners as well as brands like Accoya and Abodo. We even have our products on exposure testing in Malaysia and the Netherlands.

All of this information allows us to advise clients and architects on the most suitable specification for their project. It also allows us to demonstrate how different coatings perform on a range of timber species, as well as highlighting the issues that can be caused when a coating system is incorrectly specified.
